Alexander Farm Tenant House showcases a view of the unoccupied tenant house that was located on Alexander Farm in Cornelius, North Carolina. Cornelius is a lake side town in Mecklenburg County north of the city of Charlotte. It was originally a mill and farm community; however, when Lake Norman was developed in 1963 the town became a lake destination. The farm land in Cornelius is disappearing and this land was recently sold and is in the process of being developed. The tenant house will be preserved and has been moved to a different area on the property.
