Occupational Therapy: Promoting Daily Independence by Amy Dundon: Artwork to promote and celebrate Occupational Therapists!
I have a degree in Graphic Design and a Masters of Occupational Therapy so I combined those skills to promote the profession of Occupational Therapy as these health care workers continue to support residents, patients, and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. I work full-time in a school setting as an occupational therapist and I also do PRN work in a nursing home and have worked throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. I have experienced first hand the challenges of working during this time and I know that the nursing home staff deserve a lot of credit taking care of patients who are experiencing covid and all of the other patients while wearing lots of PPE for safety and to prevent the spread of the virus.

About Amy Dundon
Artist & Occupational Therapist Amy studied art (drawing, painting) and photography in high school and in college. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and worked for many years as a graphic designer for a real estate company and then a design, print, and mail company. During that time Amy went back to school and obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. She currently works full time as an occupational therapist in a school system but is reigniting her love for art and photography mixed together with her interest in gardening, flowers, nature, and animals.
