Description
Impressionist Forsyth Park Fountain by Amy Dundon: features a view of Forsythe Park Fountain with beautiful flowers in the foreground. The fountain features triton figures in the basin that represent the mythological Greek messenger of the sea - half man and half fish.
Forsyth Park, designed in 1851, is located in Savannah, Georgie and is a popular tourist attraction. The fountain is located at the end of a long walkway surrounded by moss draped oak trees. The park was designed similar to the central public gardens found in France. The fountain was put into the park in 1858.
This image has been enhanced as an impressionistic photo painting. Enjoy the park fountain!
