The Taylor Cub: 1932 E-2 TAYLOR 'THE CUB' featured at the Western North Carolina Air Museum.
This aircraft was designed by C. Gilbert Taylor as a utility aircraft that evolved from the Arrowing Chummy. According to the Western North Carolina Air Museum, the Taylor Cub featured wings mounted high on the fuselage, an open cockpit, fabric-covered tubular steel fuselage and wooden wings which used the USA-35B airfoil.
Western North Carolina Air Museum is located in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The organization mission is "Preserving the Carolinas' rich Flying Heritage and Promoting General Aviation."
