Red Chairs At The Hooch Helen's Pizza Burger and Joint: As I was walking through Helen, Georgia in the morning with my ever faithful dog, I took some photographs of The Hooch Helen's Pizza, Burger, & Joint restaurant on a side alley. The restaurant has these red chairs in the alleyway with pretty flowers in the background. The morning sun was filtering through the buildings. I added textures and a paint filter for artistic enjoyment :)
Helen, known as Georgia's Alpine Village, is a Bavarian-styled town with lots of shopping. Outdoor adventures can be enjoyed minutes away from the center of town. In 1913 Helen was primarily a logging location; however, in 1969 the town transformed into a German-influenced location with German styled buildings, storefronts, and cobblestone alleys. They celebrate Oktoberfest yearly and it is one of the nation's largest Oktoberfest festivals. Helen is a great place for an authentic German meal and German themed shopping!

About Amy Dundon
Artist & Occupational Therapist Amy studied art (drawing, painting) and photography in high school and in college. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and worked for many years as a graphic designer for a real estate company and then a design, print, and mail company. During that time Amy went back to school and obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. She currently works full time as an occupational therapist in a school system but is reigniting her love for art and photography mixed together with her interest in gardening, flowers, nature, and animals.
