Artist's Description
Old Farm Homestead by Amy Dundon: featuring a photo paint view of an unoccupied farm house sitting on many acres of land in Cornelius, North Carolina. Cornelius is a lake side town in Mecklenburg County north of the city of Charlotte. It was originally a mill and farm community; however, when Lake Norman was developed in 1963 the town became a lake destination. The farm land in Cornelius is disappearing (becoming new home developments) and this property is currently for sale.

Thanks Mary! It was good timing as we were stopped in traffic going to the park and I had my camera with me. We are sad to see all the open land disappear in our area.
