Historic Latta Plantation is a cotton plantation and living history farm that is within the 1,343 acre Latta Nature Preserve in Huntersville, NC.
Mountain Island Lake is a lake located northwest of Charlotte, North Carolina. The lake was created in 1924 for the Mountain Island Hydroelectric Station and the water cools the steam that drives the turbines at the station.

Artist & Occupational Therapist Amy studied art (drawing, painting) and photography in high school and in college.
