Blue Eyed American Saddlebred Horse: During a visit to the Charity Horse Show at Broyhill Equestrian Preserve in Blowing Rock, North Carolina I was able to take photographs of the beautiful Saddlebred Horses and Riders. I combined the horse photograph with a bluish/green texture to enhance the horse's blue eyes and a photo mask to showcase the elegant horse in an artistic painterly presentation. Enjoy the elegance of this beautiful blue eyed horse :)
Saddlebred Horses originated in the United States and became known as the "American Horse." They posses up to five gaits, an animated style, arching neck, and great temperament. They are shown in many classes to include the following: Park, Pleasure, Hunter Country Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Pleasure Driving, Fine Harness, and Roadster.
