Description

After The Rain by Amy Dundon: This image was captured walking along the Leisure Trail in the Keowee Key lake community in South Carolina on Keowee Lake. It was a great time to walk along the path following some rain as it was not too bright but still very beautiful.

Keowee Lake is a man–made reservoir created by Duke Energy for the nuclear reactors located at the Oconee Nuclear Generating Station. Keowee Key is a lakeside and retirement community featuring several marinas, a golf course, and more amenities.
